Product Returns

Before returning a product, please request a RMA number via phone (1.866.665.0533 and 602.438.2100) or via email. All shipping charges are to the expense of the sender. Please always return all products in their original packaging and clearly mark the package on the outside with the RMA number you received. When returning computer hardware and kiosks, please have the serial number ready when requesting an RMA number. You can find the serial number on the original sales invoice and on the back of the product. Product returns may be eligible for a restocking fee. Please note: all software sales are permanent.
